The L.E.A.D. Forward™ Method is a personalized coaching journey designed to help teens discover their strengths, grow their confidence, and lead with purpose. This method is ideal for students aged 13-19 who want to develop strong communication skills, overcome self-doubt, and take control of their future. Our teaching philosophy is centered around personalized instruction and student-centered learning. We believe in identifying each student's unique strengths and weaknesses and tailoring our approach to meet their individual needs.
· L – Learn Who You Are: Develop self-awareness and explore your unique strengths and values.
· E – Empower Your Voice: Master the art of communication, public speaking, and self-expression.
· A – Act with Intention: Build leadership habits, set meaningful goals, and manage time effectively.
· D – Do What Leaders Do: Make smart decisions, serve others, and live with purpose and integrity.
The sessions last from 6 PM until 7:30 PM each Tuesday evening. Participation is encouraged, and all cameras must be on to receive credit for commitment.
